Serve Up Sushi at Sunset

Sushi is a delicious appetizer for your guests. Sushi also makes a delicious dinner for family and friends. Serving it on a tempered glass surface keeps it from slipping around the top of the serving tray.  Since sushi is expensive, use a decorative platter to serve it on so that the entire tray does not need to be covered with food. Let some of the artistic imagery on the tray be visible.
